The staff was great, helpful with every request. The setting was awesome, close to a main dual carriageway and the restaurant. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Al Salamah district. The restaurant had appetising food, appreciated it;)))
We needed to have parking lot.

I loved how close this hotel is to the airport, making it super convenient for my early flight! The room was unexpectedly spacious and the bed was super comfy, which is a huge plus after a long trip. having a Starbucks right next to the lobby was awesome for my morning caffeine fix!
The breakfast situation was a total letdown. It felt cramped and chaotic, and I really wasn’t impressed by the limited options. Plus, the vibe at the reception could use some work; some staff were a bit rude, making check-in less welcoming than it should be. Definitely room for improvement!

I got great value for my money with a spacious room that had all the amenities I needed, plus super comfortable beds and pillows. The location was fantastic, right by the main train station, and the staff were really attentive and friendly.
The breakfast offerings could definitely benefit from a more varied selection, especially for non-Arabic guests.

The worst part was the awful service. I had to wait ages just to get help with my room, which wasn't cleaned for days, despite my reminders.

The creaky floors are a real nuisance at night, waking me up frequently. Plus, the staff misplaced my expensive headphones after saying they had found them. It left me feeling frustrated and anxious about my belongings. Totally disappointing experience.
